The Allstars Of AI is the data controller for information collected through this website.
When you apply: your name, business name, email, phone (optional), website, sector, team size, the challenges you describe, and your plan preference. We also collect standard technical logs (IP, browser) needed to run the site securely.
To assess your application and contact you about it (steps prior to entering a contract), to deliver the service if you become a customer (contract), and to keep records we're legally required to keep (legal obligation). We do not sell your data. We do not add you to marketing lists you haven't asked for.
Application data is stored with our hosting and workflow providers (including Vercel, and our CRM/email systems). If you become a customer, business information you choose to connect is processed by the third-party AI providers powering the system (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI) strictly to deliver the service. You control what is connected.
Unsuccessful or inactive applications: deleted within 12 months. Customer records: for the duration of the relationship plus the period required by tax and company law.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and to object. Contact us via the form on the homepage. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with our answer.
